*Job Ready is a workforce development initiative that aims to validate the attainment of job skills by participants through an online badging system. Job Ready was created through collaboration by Mayor Joe Hogsett, EmployIndy, the Indy Chamber, and various employers and community organizations around Marion County. Participants complete the combined in-person and online curriculum to earn badges in six categories: Mindsets, Self-Management, Learning Strategies, Social Skills, Workplace Skills, and Launch a Career.
